Albert W. Chianese
Albert W. Chianese graduated from Fordham College in 1969. He served in the Viet Nam War as an Artillery Officer where he earned the Bronze Star in 1971. He attended St. John’s University School of Law and graduated in 1975. He has been admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York since 1976. He is a member of the Federal Bar of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
Al has over 36 years experience as a trial attorney. He has extensive trial experience in all the courts in the metropolitan area. In 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 Albert Chianese was recognized as a top attorney in the New York Metro area for plaintiff’s personal injury medical malpractice by Super Lawyers Metro edition, an award reserved for the top 5% of attorneys. Mr. Chianese was named to Best Lawyers in 2017 for New York in the field of Medical Malpractice. He has obtained several multi-million dollar verdicts. He is proficient in the trial of all types of personal injury matters including dental malpractice, medical malpractice, automobile negligence, premises liability, both residential and commercial and construction accidents. Al has emphasized the trial of Dental Malpractice cases for over 30 years as a representative of dental patients.

Thomas P. Reilly
Thomas P Reilly obtained his undergraduate degree from Molloy College in Rockville Centre. In June 2001 he graduated from Hofstra University School of Law. After passing the New York Bar Exam in July of 2001 Tom was admitted to the New York State Bar in April of 2002. He has been associated with Albert W. Chianese & Associates since his second year of law school in 1999 when he began working as a law clerk at the predecessor firm of McKenna, Siracusano & Chianese.
Tom has extensive litigation experience in all New York metropolitan area courts, handling matters from inception to verdict. In 2013, 2014 and 2015, Tom was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers New York Metro edition, an award reserved for 2.5% of attorneys. In 2017 and 2016 he was named as a Super Lawyer in the New York Metro Edition in the area of plaintiff Medical Malpractice. He has successfully settled and tried dental malpractice cases and successfully argued multiple cases in the Appellate Courts of the State of New York. His focus is in the area of dental malpractice, construction accidents and personal injury matters. Over the years Tom has handled a large number of dental malpractice matters including, lingual nerve paraesthesia, trigeminal neuralgia injuries, mental nerve and inferior alveolar nerve injuries, dental neglect and poor restorative dentistry.
Along with being admitted to the New York State Bar, Tom is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern districts of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Brooklyn Bar Association and Nassau County Bar Association.
When he is not in the office Tom enjoys spending time with his family, which includes coaching his sons little league and football team, watching his daughter play soccer and attending numerous school events including his sons Oboe and Violin concerts.
Anthony M. Brown
Anthony currently works for the law firm of Albert W. Chianese & Associates heading their Nontraditional Family and Estates Law division serving unmarried individuals, same sex couples and families in New York City and on Long Island. His focus is on Same Sex Estates and Second Parent adn Step Parent Adoptions. In 2014, Anthony was named to Super Lawyers rising stars edition. He was named to Super Lawyer Estate Planning & Probate section in 205, 2016 and 2017.
Anthony is the Executive Director of The Wedding Party and has been a Board member since its inception in 1999. The Wedding Party is a non-profit educational organization that educates the public about marriage and its importance to all citizens through outreach programs and strategic media placement. Anthony is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the non-profit organization Men Having Babies. Anthony has worked as a law guardian at The Children’s Law Center, representing the legal needs of children in Brooklyn Family Court. Anthony also worked as a legal intern for Lambda Legal in the summer of 2002. While there he helped to prepare briefing for the landmark case of Lawrence v. Texas and his research was quoted specifically in Justice Sandra Day O’Connor’s concurring opinion. Anthony is a 2016 recipient of the Gay City News Impact Awards.
Anthony graduated from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as research assistant to Nan Hunter, the founder of The Gay and Lesbian Project at the ACLU.
