Albert W. Chianese graduated from Fordham College in 1969. He served in the Viet Nam War as an Artillery Officer where he earned the Bronze Star in 1971. He attended St. John's University School of Law and graduated in 1975. He has been admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York since 1976 & Connecticut since 1994. He is a member of the Federal Bar of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the State of Connecticut. Al has over 33 years experience as a trial attorney. He has extensive trial experience in all the courts in the metropolitan area. In 2010 Albert Chianese was recognized as a top attorney in the New York Metro area for plaintiff's personal injury medical malpractice by Super Lawyers 2010 Metro edition. He has obtained several multi-million dollar verdicts. He is proficient in the trial of all types of personal injury matters including dental malpractice, medical malpractice, automobile negligence, premises liability, both residential and commercial and construction accidents. Al has emphasized the trial of Dental Malpractice cases for over 30 years as a representative of dental patients. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, The Brooklyn / Manhattan Trial Lawyers Assn. , The Nassau County Bar Association and The American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys.

Thomas P. Reilly, Esq.

In 1999 Tom began with Albert W. Chianese since as a law clerk during his second year of law school. In 1998 Tom graduated from Molloy College in Rockville Centre, New York. In May of 2001 he received his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law and was admitted to the New York State Bar in April of 2002. Tom has extensive litigation experience in the areas of Dental Malpractice, Medical Malpractice, Construction Accidents and Personal Injury Matters. He has extensive experience in all the courts in the metropolitan area including Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, New York, Nassau and Suffolk. Tom has handled all types of Dental Malpractice cases including lingual paraesthesia, tri-geminal neuralgia, mental nerve injuries, dental neglect, and poor restorative dentistry. Tom also heads the Real Estate and Estates Department of the firm, representing buyers and sellers in Real Estate Transactions. Tom has succesfully argued Appeals in the Appellate Courts of New York. Tom is admitted to The United States District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts, and is a member of The American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Brooklyn Bar Association and Nassau County Bar Association.

Anthony M. Brown, Esq.

Anthony currently works for the law firm of Albert W. Chianese & Associates heading their Nontraditional Family and Estates Law division serving unmarried individuals, couples and families in Manhattan and on Long Island. Anthony is the Executive Director of The Wedding Party and has been a Board member since its inception in 1999. The Wedding Party is a non-profit educational organization that educates the public about marriage and its importance to all citizens through outreach programs and strategic media placement. Anthony has worked as a law guardian at The Children's Law Center, representing the legal needs of children in Brooklyn Family Court. Anthony also worked as a legal intern for Lambda Legal in the summer of 2002. While there he helped to prepare briefing for the landmark case of Lawrence v. Texas and his research was quoted specifically in Justice Sandra Day O'Connor's concurring opinion. Anthony graduated from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as research assistant to Nan Hunter, the founder of The Gay and Lesbian Project at the ACLU.
